Use the form linked below to apply for Endorsement, or renew or change an endorsement. Indicate if you're seeking a Director, General Staff, Youth Services, or Trauma-Informed Librarianship Endorsement. 

• Directors renew with 45 CE Hours every 3 years
• All other endorsements renew with 30 CE Hours every 3 years
