Join the State Library for exciting in-person events happening across Iowa in March 2025!

STEM Fairs give librarians ideas on how to incorporate STEM concepts at their library, while Summer Reading Summits are designed to help you put the finishing touches on your plans for Summer Library programming. Both events offer the opportunity to connect with your fellow librarians!

Each district will host a location for the STEM Fair and Summer Reading Summit to ensure librarians across the state have the chance to attend. For 2025, each STEM Fair location will offer a morning session and an afternoon session with the same material presented to allow more librarians to attend. Come for one or both days; librarians can earn up to 8 CE credits for attending both events.
