JOB DETAILS
Starting pay: $20 - $24 hourly
Includes IPERS benefits
25 - 30 hours weekly
Some evenings and weekend hours
REQUIREMENTS
State of Iowa Library Endorsement (You may obtain it within 2 years of hiring date.)
Library working experience preferred
Skilled in technology
Creative, Innovative, and Outgoing!
POSITION EXPECTATIONS (not limited to):
Library Services: selection, maintenance, and distribution of library materials to patrons
Patron Services: assisting and responding to patron needs
Programs: planning & implementing programs for all ages
Personnel Management: supervise assistants and volunteers
Fiscal Administration: helping to create and adhere to a budget and organizing fundraising events
