Wages start at $20 an hour.
Hours: 26 - 30 hours per week. Tuesday through Saturday with some evenings.
Tuesday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Working knowledge or education of basic computer skills and must be skilled in Word and Excel
Good organizational skills with a strong focus on tidiness
Good prioritization skills
Good communication skills
Must be able to skillfully manage library social media accounts by representing and promoting all aspects of the library in a professional and positive manner
Some experience/knowledge in planning and executing necessary community appropriate programs
Must be able to interact positively with the public.
Have or able to complete the Public Library Director Endorsement offered by the State Library of Iowa within 2 years of hire.
High school Diploma or equivalency
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be a self-starter and able to work alone and with a group
