The Library Director serves as the chief administrator of the Hospers Public Library, providing professional leadership, strategic direction, and daily operational management for the library. The Director supervises part-time staff, works collaboratively with the Library Board of Directors and City Council, and ensures library services meet the educational and informational needs of the Hospers community.
