Join Allen Eskens (author of this year's All Iowa Reads title for adults) and Mike Jorgensen (All Iowa Reads Committee Member) as they chat about the 2026 selection, "The Quiet Librarian."
Librarians, be sure to invite your book club members! Everyone is welcome at this special, free event. Reading the book in advance is encouraged, but not required. The event will NOT be recorded, and is not offered for CE Credit.
The State Library is sponsoring these conversations to give all Iowans a chance to hear from each All Iowa Reads author about their books, creative process, and ask questions about the title.
