Provide friendly, helpful customer service to patrons of all ages
Assist with circulation tasks including checking materials in/out, shelving, and organizing collections
Help patrons with basic technology needs (printing, copying, scanning, device help, simple troubleshooting)
Maintain a clean, welcoming library environment
Answer phone calls, handle simple patron inquiries, and direct questions as needed
