The Bettendorf Public Library is currently accepting applications for Programming and Public Services Manager. We are seeking forward-thinking, self-reliant candidates who can also thrive in collaborative, team-focused work environments. 

Under the direct supervision of the Library Director, the Programming and Public Services manager is responsible for the development, management and oversight of day-to-day activities within the assigned division. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing Programming & Public Services personnel and volunteers; the development of public programs and services for all ages; assisting the Library Director in the development of library policy, procedure, and strategic planning; overseeing outreach activities and the management of the library's Creation Studio (makerspace). 

Salary Range: $76,153-$121,966, with excellent benefits
Required Education: An MLIS from an ALA Accredited Institution
