Under the general direction of the Head of Adult Services, provides effective reference and referral information and readers advisory in a public service environment and contributes to the development and maintenance of the materials collections at West Des Moines Public Library. Provides answers to questions and informs the public of available resources. Creates, plans and/or facilitates adult programming.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year of related work experience.
